Bloom Grid Help & Support

Quick help

  • Drag a piece toward the board to preview every square it will fill.
  • A matching-color footprint with checkmarks means the whole shape fits; a red footprint means to try a different open area.
  • Complete any full row or column to clear it and grow a bloom.
  • Piece colors are decorative and never need to match.
  • Music, game sounds, haptics, beginner guidance, and optional iCloud sync are controlled separately in Garden Settings.

Progress and iCloud

Your progress is saved on your iPhone. Optional iCloud progress sync is off by default and can be enabled from Garden Settings. When enabled, completed levels, best records, stars, rewards, and hint usage are merged rather than overwritten.

Report a problem

Open a Bloom Grid support request and include:

  1. Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  2. The level where the issue happened.
  3. What you expected and what happened instead.
  4. A screenshot, if possible.

Please do not include private account information or passwords.
